Scholars participating in arts and robotics programming took a field trip to the Designs for Different Futures exhibition at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
The Strawberry Mansion High School family and community celebrated many of our senior athletes at our Senior Night, held on January 24th.
The Mansion community was excited to celebrate scholar Mustapha Abdullah’s 1,000 career points during a halftime ceremony.
Mansion scholars participated in Special Olympics of Pennsylvania bocce, coming in 3rd out of 12 teams!

Scholars in our “Knights Club,” which recognizes exemplary attendance, citizenship, and academic performance, attended a field trip to Rolling Thunder.
The season kicked off with a win against NEHS and a halftime ceremony recognizing Tevin Farmer for a generous donation to the team and retiring number 22, honoring Ronald “Flip” Murray.
The 9th Grade Academy engaged in team building activities and got to tackle the high ropes course with Outward Bound.

The Strawberry Mansion student and staff family came together for our October Town Hall, in which we celebrated scholars and staff who are exceeding expectations.
After participating in the district-wide PSAT/ SAT day in the morning, scholars attended a College Fair held in the gym.

A group of students, including members of the Robotics team, attended the 2019 Philly Robotics Expo, held on October 10 at the Singh Nanotechnology Center at the University of Pennsylvania.
“School of fish” is taking on a whole new meaning for scholars in one Environmental Science class.
The Strawberry Mansion Lady Knights 2019 season is off to a great start with an overall record of 4-3 defeating Ben Franklin, West Philly, Dobbins, and High School of the Future.
Back to School Night 2019 was a success, with a delicious meal prepared by our culinary students and lots of resources shared and connections made between students, families, staff, and community partners.
The SMHS 2nd Annual Back to School BBQ was a lot of fun! We kicked off right after our 9th grade orientation, in which students and families got to meet with administration and tour the building.
